Design and Look
The TVS Apache RTX 300 is built on a steel trellis frame, which is taken from the Apache RR 310 and RTR 310. The bike is optimized for road riding but also has mild off-road capability. Its design is sporty and modern, with features typical of adventure bikes including:
- Large beak design at the front
- Tall windscreen, which protects from wind during highway riding
- Mid-set footpegs, which provide comfort during long rides
- Knuckle guards and strong engine guard
- Rear luggage rack for storing luggage
- Dual LED headlamps and muscular fairing, which give it an aggressive look
It has a slim rear design, with split seats, LED taillight and side-mounted exhaust. This bike will be especially liked by young riders and adventure lovers.
Engine and Performance
The TVS Apache RTX 300 is powered by an all-new 299cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled RT-XD4 engine. This engine produces a maximum power of 35 PS and a peak torque of 28.5 Nm. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox that has a slip and assist clutch, which makes gear shifting smooth. The engine comes with a ride-by-wire throttle system, which offers better power delivery and control. The bike is suitable for city riding, highway cruising, and mild off-road trails.
Suspension and Braking
The suspension and braking setup of this bike makes it versatile:
- Front: Long-travel upside-down (USD) forks
- Rear: Preload-adjustable monoshock
- Wheels: 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels with dual-purpose (block-pattern) tyres
For braking, there are disc brakes on both wheels, and dual-channel ABS is standard. It also has a switchable rear ABS, which allows locking the rear wheel in off-road riding. This setup provides stability to the bike on the road and mild off-road tracks.

The TVS Apache RTX 300 comes with a number of premium features that make it one of the most advanced bikes in the segment:
