The design and working method of the 2026 KTM 450 Rally Replica is similar to the Dakar Rally bike. It has a vertically stacked LED headlamp in the front which is fitted in a transparent rally cowl. This cowl also provides protection from the wind. It has a new carbon-fibre navigation tower at the back, which supports a roadbook or digital display. The cockpit has a single-piece handlebar and control switches for rally navigation.
